Hope for Haiti and BlackShield Cyber Announce Strategic Partnership in Honor of Cyber Security Awareness Month

October 7, 2020 – Hope for Haiti and BlackShield Cyber announced today a strategic partnership in honor of Cyber Security Awareness Month, which takes place during the entire month of October. As part of the partnership, BlackShield will be donating its services to Hope for Haiti.

“BlackShield has always been committed to protecting the companies that serve the greater community. During this crisis, few industries have stepped up more than nonprofits,” said Dioly Alexander, CEO of BlackShield. “It’s our pleasure to not only serve Hope for Haiti like they have served their community, but to also shine a light on the importance of cyber security.“

Hope for Haiti CEO Skyler Badenoch added: “As the number of nonprofit organizations that have suffered a cyber attack goes up, we felt like it was more important than ever to conduct an assessment of our organization’s cyber security and audit areas where we might be vulnerable. We are incredibly grateful to BlackShild for their partnership and for donating their services to Hope for Haiti.”
