Leadership 360 is a two-year leadership and development program designed to transform emerging changemakers in South Florida into informed and impassioned ambassadors for Hope for Haiti and the non-profit sector. The curriculum is broken up into quarterly modules, with each one focusing on a different core area of Hope for Haiti’s work, as well as a professional development topic. Featuring exclusive learning and networking opportunities, Leadership 360 culminates in a one-week service learning trip to Haiti.

Wilma Davilus is a native Floridian, who has a passion for helping others gain a sense of belonging in whom God has created them to be. She has served in multiple capacities within the SWFL community where she has had the opportunity to use her passion for organizational development, social change and empowerment. Wilma has a Bachelors in social work from Florida Gulf Coast University, a Masters in social work from Barry University, and is currently pursuing licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
She is very grateful that she has been given the opportunity to use her cultural background, life experiences, educational accomplishments for the advancement of helping to create effective change in the lives of those in need. She also serves as the executive administrator for Level Up Coaching and Consulting. In addition, she has continued to serve in her community as a volunteer for several nonprofit organizations. Wilma is a proud mother of her two children, Zhayhana and Jeremiah.
Tatiana Fortune, MSW is the Senior Center Director of the Golden Gate Senior Center. Tatiana joined the Center prior to its opening in 2014, which was established as the 2nd Senior Center in Collier County. In her role, she oversees the Center’s operations and activities, program development, community partnerships, outreach, and personnel supervision. Her social work background and experiences include serving youth involved in the juvenile justice system, homeless families, and has worked with government agencies and nonprofit organizations on community outreach and development initiatives.
She speaks Haitian Creole, has a Bachelor of Social Work from Southeastern University, and obtained a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Social and Economic Development from Washington University in St. Louis.
Tatiana is also the owner of Moments of Fortune Events, a southwest Florida wedding and event planning firm that is passionate about celebrating life’s special moments. She is a 2018 graduate of the Growing Associates in Naples (GAIN) program and is actively involved with the Leadership Collier Foundation, Zonta Club of Naples, Leadership Coalition on Aging and serves as a leader at her church, Agape Christian Fellowship.
Tatiana is passionate about making a positive difference to affect social change and improving the quality of lives for people in need.
Angel was born in Haiti and moved the US at 14 years old. He relocated to SW Florida from New York City with his wife Jessica and son Jagger in 2016. He is a Client service analyst with PNC Wealth Management in Naples, where he provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. Angel holds a B.S. in Finance from City College of NY. He enjoys the outdoors including bicycling & fishing
Esther Lully, is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Leadership Trainer and Speaker. She is the owner of Timeless Worth Coaching & Consulting, LLC providing professional and personal development coaching and training to businesses. Along with her many skills, her passion as a Certified Behavioral Consultant is in helping others increase their self-awareness to promote personal growth that will ultimately transcend within their everyday living.
Currently, Esther serves as a Club Director with New Horizons of SWFL where she enjoys mentoring teens. She supervises The Super Teens Club, an after school program that focuses on the academic and social needs of at-risk teens.
Esther is a graduate of Southeastern University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry. She sits on the board of 919 Ministries and is the Area Director of the Naples Toastmasters.
Chris Merasse is a Digital Marketing Account Manager at iPartner Media where Chris builds internet marketing campaign (SEM, SEO, and Social) strategies that provide tangible results for clients, while also evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Chris has worked in the marketing and advertising industry for over 4 years with a track-record of providing strategic advisory and insights that measurably boost customer traffic for companies.
Chris holds a BS in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University and is currently pursuing his MBA from Nova Southeastern University. In his spare time, Chris enjoys watching sports, playing basketball and spending time with his family and friends.
Colette Oduy Joseph was originally born in Les Cayes, Haiti. Her family brought her to the United States as an infant, and she was raised in Broward County. She attended the University of Florida and graduated in 2002. Afterwards, she went to nursing school at Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated in 2008. She worked as cardiac nurse for 7 years. In 2015, she graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Master’s degree in Nursing. Currently she works with cancer patient as a nurse practitioner. Most of her free time is devoted to doing community service with her sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho. She is also a board member of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Collier County.
My name is Carine Simon and I am a real estate professional in SWFL. I have lived in Florida from 1993 and have called Naples and SWFL my home since 2006. I specialize in the sale of new and existing homes in SWFL. In my practice of real estate I am known for great customer service, ethics, experience, expertise and the positive experience am extremely knowledgeable about real estate and its current market. I provide for my buyers and sellers. My approach to every transaction is to educate each and every customer through the process so that they can make the best decisions. My educational background includes a BA in International Business and Business Management from Florida International University. I have an Associates in Business Management from Florida Southwestern University. I also have certified training in Procurement and Inventory Management from Broward College
I believe in giving back and am extremely passionate about the people of Haiti. The home of my parents I have given back to my people back by sending my mother back home to donate and give back to the people. I have also gone back to Haiti to volunteer and contribute to the countries growth for the last couple of years.
Brooke Spencer has lived in Naples, Florida since she was three months old. She stayed local for her education, attending Florida Gulf Coast University for her Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and Master’s in Public Administration. During her studies she fell in love with nonprofits. Her work in women’s empowerment was able to take her to California for an internship with Krochet Kids International, a global poverty relief organization providing employment opportunities for women in Peru, Uganda and India making ethically-made clothing. Following this experience, she again found her passion close to home as the Program Coordinator and Administrative Assistant for Wellfit Girls, which offers a five-month leadership, fitness and empowerment program for high school girls, culminating in a 10-day expedition to Peru. She is passionate about travel, fitness, mental health and helping others; her work teaching young women to go within to go beyond and helping them climb high in all areas of their life fulfills her life’s interests.
