Annual Gratitude Reports

Each year, we release an Annual Gratitude Report to showcase the impact YOUR support has enabled our team to complete in southern Haiti.

Dear Hope for Haiti Family:

As we reflect upon the past year, we are incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished with your support while adhering to our core values in the implementation of our three-year strategic plan. We believe that who we are is intricately linked to what we do and how we do it.

Throughout 2022, Haiti faced significant political and social unrest, which had a profound impact on the communities we are dedicated to serving, as well as our partners, team members, and their families. We have navigated these complex challenges together, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to empowering individuals, families, and communities in southern Haiti, with a particular focus on the wellbeing of women and children.

In this year’s annual report, we proudly acknowledge and celebrate the concrete impact we have made together. With your support in 2022, Hope for Haiti has:
  • Provided monetary and technical assistance to 6,700 students and more than 400 teachers, ensuring access to quality education.
  • Procured and imported $31M worth of medication, medical supplies, and equipment, benefiting more than 50 partners who collectively serve over 1 million children, parents, and grandparents in southern Haiti.
  • Provided 118,000 healthcare consultations, both at our Infirmary St. Etienne and through the tireless efforts of our mobile clinic team.
  • Filtered 18M+ additional gallons of water, for a total of 83M+ gallons filtered since 2016
  • Delivered $426,403 in digital cash and voucher assistance (CVSs) to micro-entrepreneurs, farmers, and mothers in southern Haiti

These tangible achievements exemplify our commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve, and they reflect who we are: Hope for Haiti.
