Residents of Les Cayes are still bearing the brunt of the storm as of Tuesday morning.
“Our primary concern at this moment is for the safety of our staff and residents in southern Haiti,” said Mark Hindley, Hope for Haiti’s chief operating officer. “We remain in constant contact with key leaders and partners, assessing damage and formulating our response strategy.”
